This is an interesting one.

There are obviously times when you make a bad decision.

But nobody knows the future, and sometimes, you have to make the best decision you can based on the information you have. If the outcome is bad because of unexpected, unplanned, unanticipated events - does that mean you made a bad decision at the time?

Maybe it is Schrodinger's decision; it doesn't become good or bad until the outcome is known.
