I think I would rename this cartoon to: Employee of the Month
I used to call this the curse of Business Week magazine. One week they would have someone on the cover as: Rock Star of the ___ Industry.
Two months later, there would be a page 10 article that explained that this same person was fired for cooking the books, or having the worst quarter in their company's history.
I, too, have created many "learning opportunities" for other people. 😅 Sometimes, these "fun" events have been referred to as "safety briefings" or "after action reports" or "post mortems." 😬
