I worked in a company for 2 years and they never give a appraisal. But they promised me. Next no free food. Only 40 mins break. For lunch 30, 5 mins for 1st break and another 5 mins for 2nd break. Total work hours 9.45 hrs. And they forced me to work on weekend.
There is no free lunch.
The only perks I need is remote work and good work life balance.
