The irony is I’m missing the calibration meeting right now because I’m not there anymore and I really hope my replacement is shouting loudly based on the notes and ratings I left him. 🫣
So now everyone gets average +/- 1. Nobody ever gets stellar or rubbish ratings anymore, because someone abused it in the first couple years and gave all their team stellar marks. What a waste, like most company schemes.
