The PM effect 😹 jokes aside, at my last role we got a very good PM and once he joined the performance and results went up skyrocket from the pace we used to have.
I had a neighbor back in the '70s - a lovely, kind old gentleman - who would say often and not care who heard it: "A boy is a boy. Two boys is half a boy. And three boys is no boy at all." This comic reminded me of dear Brother Clegg. <3
Lay out a plan, get shocked, improvise, receive an even bigger shock, repeat.
