The common parlance is, "it's in the backlog."

I've never done that with a feature request, never! 😅

We add such requests to the backlog, but unless the client follows up at least three times, we don’t prioritize them. Most new feature requests tend to be “nice-to-have” ideas rather than actual needs. We evaluate them based on the 80/20 principle to ensure they deliver meaningful value.
